QLN’s Queer Job Board is designed to make it a little easier to identify affirming employers and job opportunities for queer and trans job seekers.

The job market is tough, and the current political climate in the United States has left our community struggling to find safe, affirming spaces to work. You shouldn’t be scared of your new employer or new coworkers, and that’s exactly what our Queer Job Board aims to fix.

Some things to keep in mind:

• QLN reviews organizations that submit job listings to ensure they are affirming, but we cannot guarantee the safety, experience, or culture of any workplace.

• QLN does not process or accept applications; all application instructions are provided on each job listing.

• All job listings are required to include salary or wage information.

• We are not responsible for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or workplace practices.

• QLN cannot serve as a reference for applicants or employers.

• Job listings are provided directly by the submitting organizations, so please use your best judgment when applying.
